Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father legally married my mother after death of my step mother. My step mother had 1 son. My mother had 2 children i.e. me and my sister. My mother got legal hires on our house and my dad's Govt.Job as my father expired. Now My mother, sister, brother (Step mother's son) and me are alive. My question is who are eligible to fight for the part in the property? Please suggest me

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the property belonged to your father, then your mother, you, your sister and step brother are entitled to an equal share in it.
