Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father married my mother after death of my step mother. My step mother had 1 son and my mother had 2 children i.e. me and my sister. My mother got legal hires on our property and my dad's govt. job as my father expired. Previously i suggested by LawGuru that Me, my sister, my brother (step mother's son) and my mother are eligible to get share in the property. Please tell the relevant section of law in this regard.
