Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father and mom are aged. Mom is a kidney patient. Spending 10000 per week . I am taking care of both of their expenses. My sister not helping them physically or monetarily. But wants the share from the assets. My dad is not interested to give her. He is willing to give all to me. All assets are his own earned properties. My sister threatens that she can file a case against me after my parents life time. What kind of documentation to be done to be safe?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should get a Gift Deed or a Will from your father and mother to the effect that all their property vests in your name.
