Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my father and mother had an inter caste marriage and now they are no more.i am the only one daughter and their self owned property is left with no will made.i would like to know who will be their legal heirs?

Dear Madam,
Since there is no Will left behind by your parents, as the sole legal heir to their property, you should obtain a Succession Certificate from the court and transfer the property in your name.
