father purchase her daughter house 9 years ogo when he is alive now she wants share with brothers in fathers property she is doing govt job and she has his own flate, so pls tell me that she took share with brothers in fathers property or not,

If the father has Willed a part of his property in the name of his daughter, she remains entitled to a share therein.
