My father purchase land by his own means and source in his name and built house on it. After forty years, two of my uncle came up with unregistered partition deed 35 years old, with my fathers and uncles signs on it. My father passed away 18 years back. Only our family is residing in the said house from the day it is constructed .Can my uncles get claim in court now? Can I win the case if I go to court? Please advice

Their case is hopeless. you need not go to court. let them file a suit and you defend your self. this is presuming that the possession of the entire property is with you.
