Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father purchase land by his own means and source in his name and built house on it. After forty years, two of my uncle came up with unregistered distribution deed 35 years old, with my fathers and uncles signs on it. Can he get claim in court now? Can I win the case if I go to court? Please advice

Dear Sir / Madam,
The onus is on your uncle to prove the authenticity and validity of the distribution deed that he has in the Court. You should challenge your uncle's claim in the Court.
