Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My father purchased a land in 1993 in his mother's name. Later the same property was gifted (gift deed) back to my father in 2010 with everyone's notice in family stating that land was purchased by my father. The same property was gifted to my mother in 2014. My father's brothers have filed a petition in court stating that it was joint property(they are still not aware that the land is in my mother's name now). My father's mother and sisters are agreeing that it is not joint property. On what circumstances i and my father can proceed further with the case.
