Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My father purchased a property(open plot) 25 years ago from Person A in 1987.

This was an ancestral property of Person A.

NOC was not taken at that time from his children who were not minors at that time.

Person A has expired and now his children are claiming rights over the property.

They have illegally removed the fencing of our plot and are asking for a share in the property since the rates have shot up.

Is their claim valid even after 25 years?

How do I proceed further in this matter ?

Dear Sir / Madam,

You do not have to do anything in the matter as you are only the defendent. The onus is on the opponents to prove the validity of their claim in the Court.
