Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father purchased a property were we are tenant last 25 years. we have agreement of sale . But my father and who sign the agreement also died . Now his legal heir challenge the agreement. And said this his own property . I forget to told you something his legal heir already file a case. so now what should i do . And please provide some details.
