Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father purchased a property 25 years ago from Person A in 1987. NOC was not taken at that time from his children. Person A has expired and now his children are claiming rights over the property. Is their claim valid even after 25 years?

Dear Sir / Madam,
No NOC was required by the seller from his children at the time he sold the property to your father. NO, their claim is invalid, and they do not have any rights over the property which has already been sold to your father. Just ignore them.
Regards,
