Can my father register a land jointly to his daughter and son-in-law through a gift deed. What would be the stamp duty? Would it cost more? Which process would be feasible to register the land?

Dear Sir / Madam,
A gift is made by the donor to a single donee. The Stamp Duty is based on the value of the land at the prevailing Ready Reckoner rates. The most feasible option is that the father gifts the land to his daughter.
