Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Philippines
If my father remarried, am I automatically registered as her new wife's child? Is it legal? Or do they have to adopt me first, before I become her new wife's child? Do I have any right for not changing my family name? I mean, I don't want to be legally become her new wife's child.
