Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father sold our won land to our relative very low price 8 years back but we had agreed about giving the road but still not made road they are asking road but land price is now very high that time my sister and I not signed on agreement please give me suggestions at the earliest

1) When ur father sold, how can u and ur sister now dispute since the land prices are now high.
2) U father must have the right, title to sell, which cannot be challenged now. U hv to give road
as agreed.
