my father is a son of last zamindar of sivagiri. My grand father dies he hand over the properties to court of ward of in favour of my father in the time he hand over court of wards my father age is 5.he born after estate was notified my father is second wife son. in the mean time my father elder son son of my grand father first wife son apply to court of wards to hand over the properties but court of ward declined. i am file a petition to to my father do not sale or give any power of attorney to give any one the case is expatriated in favor of me. now a time my father eldest son grant father first wife son second daughter in law file apetition to hand over all private properties to her in favor of her father in law first wife son of my grand father write a will. I any option i want to join the case main case my father is not party in main case of second daughter in law will case> i have a court of wards file its faour of my father

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since documentary evidence suggests that your father is the legal heir to the estate, you should stake your claim by your father lodging a writ petition in the Court staking his claim on the estate.
