my father got two wife the first wife have no children and my father got second marriage i am only the daughter for my father. my father expired in 22/7/2000. the first wife fiied a suit against my mom in 22/8/2000 family court for legal heir. my mom absent the case. the first wife got an decree that she is the sole legalheir.then she adopted her own sister son age of 31 in 2012 march as registered deed.in that adoption deed she mentioned my father death date as 20/7/2000 and she told that my father and she was adopted the son in 1986 at hindu temple.now the first wife expired in 2013 feb.they created faulse and fraud documents to grab my father property which the patta is in my name and they selling the property. my father death date is registered wrongly now this registered adoption deed is valid or invalid kindly please advice me
