Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in
my father has one wife,a son and a daughter(i.e.myself). he wants to gift his DDA flat to me. can this be challenged by anyone?

If the flat has been purchased by him out of his own funds, he is free to make a WILL in your favour. You may not stop anyone to challenge the WILL, but you will have a strong case in your favour as compared to their case. In law such a challenge, if made, may not be sustained.
