Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have my fatherinlaw property I want to know who can claim on this property is grand sons can also claim. In my family there are three sons and one sister. one brother is unmarried two are married and sister is also married.

Your father in law's children (both sons and daughters) can claim on the property.
