my fathers are 3 brother, my father is elder. we are leaving in a house together at kolkata india from 15 yrs and above.it was an understanding that my uncle must give us (my father and my small uncle)the shere of proparty. presently my uncle is propritore of that land and want to kikout my all family members 9me,my parents,my wife, two child and my small uncle family) finiancialy we are helpless what can we do at this time/

Dear Sir / Madam,

Just stay in the house since you enjoy the possession of the house and tell your uncle to pay your father's and uncle's share if he wants you to vacate the house. But before doing that, ask your uncle what right does he have to ask your father and uncle to vacate the house. Is the house in your uncle's name ?
