Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
After father\\\'s death in 2007, a Family Agreement was made between 3 bothers and 3 sisters where daughters got unequal share. Sign of sisters were also forged by brothers. Can a review petition be filed now by sisters, that is after six years of agreement.
Six years have elapsed.
