My father's elder son write a will to his second daughter in law but elder son wife does not arise any objection till her death but his sons and her first daughter in law accepted the will TE WILL ACCEPTED OR NOT I have a question if there any point to object the will through elder son wife accepted the will

Let me rephrase the query :

Q. Your elder brother wrote a Will to benefit his second daughter in law, to which your aunty does not raise any objection till her demise whose demise? - your elder brother's or aunt's or the second daughter in law's?), and your nephews and first daughter in law has accepted the Will.

A. Yes, the Will is accepted. The second daughter in law who is the beneficiary has to probate the Will to be entitled to the estate of the deceased.
