Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
One of my father's friend financed a car from bank, my father was grauntor. The borrower was declared defaulter by the bank, and a money suite was registered against him. Since the borrower didn't reply to those summons the court declared him ex- party and the case was registered against my father(grauntor). Unfortunately my father expired and now the bank summons every member of our family. Please advice

1) I u inherited any assets from ur father, u hv to pay now and later recover from the default borrower.
