my father's first wife adopted her own sister's son aged 32 on 30/3/2012.he filed a suit before the honourable principle district munsif court at vilupuram he declare as the adoption son of my father and my father's first wife.it was decreed by the district munsif court on 17/11/2011.now im only daughter of my father and he lived 40 years with my mother only.my father passed away in 2000.before 4 months my father's first wife expired with cancer she suffered from cancer above 4 years.now how to prohibit the adoption.already that adopted son has father and mother he is only son for them now he is only adopted for my father's property wat can i do wat step i can take how to cancel their adoption please explain briefly

Dear Madam,

You will obviously have to challenge your father's first wife's sister's son's legal heir certificate by filing an application in the Vilupuram Tehsildar's Office on the lines I advised you earlier.
