Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am fighting for my divorce from 2012 but still not got, I am in Bangalore and one female lawyer is fighting my case, first she filed case to civil court and she told its rejected and then she asked me to file it on High court, I agreed and she filed case in HC, after some month in Jan2014 she told we have to give article on newspaper because my husband is absconding from two years and I told this to my lawyer too. I never got a single chance to talk to judge yet. I dont know why she is doing this. now she is telling got permission from judge to put notice in news paper and she is telling it will cost Rs.85000 to Rs.90000, I am very poor women and struggling to earning for my 3years kid and my mom, no help from anywhere, please let me know if am cheated with lawyer and how to change lawyer and who is good lawyers to help me out.

pleae change your lawyer!!!no publication costs this much. secondly ask her for photocopies of the file. she will try to refuse find a way to convince her. take out all the court record.you may apply for certified copies if she refuses to coperate. If you dont have money go to the legal aid they will provide you a lawyer free of cost.For further query contact me at 9312411481.
