Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Someone filed caveat on my property 30 days ago.
I heard that, if I will not respond within the expiry date of caveat may lead to issue decree in favor of caveator.
Pls advise me whether, I have to respond to that caveat or there is no necessity to give counter.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You will need to file a reply to the caveat. If the date has already expired, you can seek time extension to file your reply in the Court.
Regards,
