Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i filed the suit for injunction and court given me interim orders and i failed to file the extension petition and I.A. pending enquiry, pls suggest me the decision that the interim orders can be extended even failure in filing the injunction extension petition

You can still file the injunction petition till the Judge does not close the case for any further hearing.
