Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I filed suit reg. enroachment of my property the case is in trial stage,
1- can both the parties make compromise , as out of court settlement.
2- will the court issue notice to defendant to appear for compromise.

1. Yes, the parties are free to enter into a mutual compromise as out of court settlement.
2. Since a compromise is being entered, better if both the parties appear together instead of waiting for the court to issue notice to other party.
If both the parties appear together, the case can be concluded the same day.
