Dear Sir / Madam,
Since your financial condition is very poor, you can represent and argue your case yourself in the Court in person. You don't need a lawyer for it.

In a criminal case you may seek a government lawyer through the court;
for any civil case, you may approach the State Legal Services Authority for providing you legal services.
Both are free for poor persons, if you fall in that category.
