Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
An FIR was filed against me in June, 2012. Afterwards, police hasn't contacted me at all so far. No form of oral or written communication. Now, I have got a job. The company will do background verification. Will it affect my employability ? Will I be terminated from my job considering that there is no communication from either police or court ?

You have not mentioned the offence for which FIR was registered against you. The employability may depend upon the offence and company's rules.
Yes FIR may affect employability as per the section under which it is written
You can go for the status of FIR or quashing of FIR in court.

Dear Sir / Madam,
No, just a mere FIR lodged against you will not affect your employment. No, unless and until you are proved to be an accused and convicted of the offence, you cannot be terminated from your job, as long as you do your best in the job.
Regards,
