Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in
I own a flat in the 5th floor regd. as housing society at Maharashtra. My wife privately teaches few kids on her own whitout misusing any society property. Only few members call this as commercial activities and make noice in the society AGM. I argued that, educating kids is not a commercial activity and my wife has every right to practice her profession at her own flat. I want to fight my case legally. Please help and tell me who can help me in future at Mumbai region.
