The tribals or some other person / NGO may take their cause and consider filing PIL

Dear Sir / Madam,
The tribals can lodge a written complaint submitting a copy of their land ownership record with the Tehsildar / District Registrar to intervene, so that they are either given alternate land or are gainfully financially compensated with the prevailing market price of the land in the locality by the Ministry of Forests and Environment Protection (MFEP). A representation by the tribals to Jairam Ramesh before the 2014 Lok Sabha elections are held is also recommended.
