No. A younger child, minor, adult, friend or relative is usually adopted by an adult, family member, relative or friend who is elder in age to the person being adopted. An adult is not normally or usually adopted by a person who is younger than him / her in age.

No your friend cannot adopt you . you haven't written your gender but the law is if the adoption is by male and the person to be adopted is a female,the adoptive father is atleast 21 yrs older than the person adopted.if the adoption is by female and the person adopted is a male the adoptive mother is atleast 21 yrs older than the person to be adopted
