Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my friend received rs 30,000 through money transfer offering an aviation job. but in the interview result is negative and he is telling excuses to return. and for last 3months i am calling and he is just cutting my call. can i file cheating case against him and how. i am in kerala and he is in delhi

Dear Sir / Madam,
The number of recruitment agents trying to make money from job aspirants with assurance of a job are on the rise. You should not have paid any monies to your friend on the pretext of him obtaining a job for you. A Police complaint for recovery of the monies is recommended.
