Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my friends husband died in 2009.he was w0rking in a hotel industry.His salary wsa 80,000 all inclusive.she is claiming her errear pensions from 2009 till date.what wud be her monthly pension and hoe is it calculated.

was his job pensionable?? was it a govt job?If yes then the family pension would be specified in the laws governing the industry.

Dear Sir / Madam.
Pension rules vary from Company to Company. Nationalized Banks, LIC, Railways, and all other State and Central Government Undertakings have their own method of computation of pension.
