Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My girlfriend wants to leave her home,since she is being forced to marry against her will.She is 21 years old and just completed her graduation.She wants to live in a PG and do some job.Is she breaking any law??Will her parents be able to bring her back forcefully or legally??Also suggest me important ID and papers she needs to carry.

a citizen of this country ois freew to live wherever they want to and there is no discrinination between male and female. If you care about her instead of asking to run from her house you can marry her.
