Good morning Sir/Madam.
This is suresh k , i had a mother 2 sisters & me (father ex pair 13 years back) . All are married , i have two children. my brother had a daughter but he have a illegal affair a Girl (Sc). 1 year back the girl and her parents punished him the amount of 3.25 Lacks already paid . now she along with my brother. his wife and daughter went to her birth home , she is giving a Lawyer notice to my mother, my brother and myself , but iam not living thait since 3 years . what is the Law please inform to me.
