The payment of court fees depends upon rules framed by State Government. You may obtain necessary information from the office of Collector.

Dear Sir / Madam,
One sq.yard is equal to 9.0002949 sq.ft. Hence the Govt. value of a plot of 150 sq.ft. will be Rs. 2,49,991.82 ps rounded off to Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only).
The Court fees payable for civil suit varies from State to State, and you will get the exact amount payable by checking with the Court clerk.
Regards,
