Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
GPA:I hv a GPA for commercial property in haryana which mentions a clause as:"To sell,transfer,Mortgage the said property in full or in parts,to enter into such agreements/deeds,to execute & sign sale,transfer,mortgage, to present before the regis/sub reg. for is registration under his own signature.I want to know whether I can transfer the property on my name thru regd sale deed with this clause.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Always deal directly with the Owner whenever it comes to buying or selling of immoveable property in order to avoid any complication in future. You should get the Owner of the property to sign the Sale Deed and the transfer of title documents at the Registrar's Office.
