My grand father had 5 children 2 ( (1MALE N1FEMALE)from fristwife . After death of her he married again from that wife he have 3 children (2male n 1female) . My grandfathers
Propetty divided at 2010 .my grandfather
.grandfather not alive .my mother is from frist wife. Property divided with in males only my mother my anty didnt get any thing .rigistration id also over.my question is can we file case on my uncles please guide me

yes you can file a suit for partition of the property.
