Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my grand father is dead. there is some piece of land in my grand mother name. all our uncles are already devided. Now grand mother is selling the property in her name. She is deviding the money among all sons but one. Can the excluded son claim for a share in that ? is he having any right on that property?

If it is ancestral property , you apply for a stay on that property. You may also drop a detailed query at [email protected]

Dear Sir / Madam,
NO, since the land is in the name of your grandmother, she is free to deal with her land in the manner she best deems fit. It is upto her if she does not wish to give one son any part of the sales proceeds of the land.
Regards,
