my grand father is dead. there is some piece of land in my grand mother name. all our uncles are already devided. Now grand mother is selling the property in her name. She is deviding the money among all sons but one. Can the excluded son claim for a share in that ? is he having any right on that property?

If it is ancestral property , you apply for a stay on that property. You may also drop a detailed query at [email protected]
