Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my grand father expired in 2007. He made a will ,but not presented in the court.
In that will my grand father divided his total property among three sons, but they are four brothers and sister.
and that sister is demanding a portion. She already got equivalent liquid cash and some property earlier.
I'll be grateful if you kindly tell us whether her demand is legal or not
