Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My grand father purchased property in which my father was staying , Later after grand father's demise, as per will , my father got the property transfered in his name in society.As a son,
1.Can my father sell the property?
2. Can I claim my rightin this property ?
3. What legal action can I take to hold him not to sell the property?
4. Do my sisters have right in this property?
Please advice

If your father acquired it through will it becomes self acquired property in which you have no right
