Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My grand father had sold a residential land in 1974 to our neighbor, our neighbor has rs 20 purchase court stamp, my grand father expired in 1980 after 2 year later my father had expired in 1980 that time my father and his two brothers were major. since 1979 to 2003, we were paying tax of selling land toward GRAM PANCHAYAT and until 2003 my grand father's name was showing on GRAM PANCHAYAT record. but after 2003 without our family member's signature or any intimation my grand father's name has been removed by GRAM PANCHAYAT. As well as we have all GRAM PANCHAYAT tax receipt from 1979 to 2003 of that land. I am here asking advise from you that is it beneficial to pursue litigation in civil court.
