Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my grand mother has a property inherited from her father... she has one son and two daughters.. she died in 2007 without distributed it i mean there is no will ... my father is a drinker in that state , my aunties take money from one person and registered some part of property to that person in 2008.. my father also signed in drinking state he doesn't take the money from his sisters... in that time me and my brother was minors.... if i have any right to take an action against them... so please tell me how can i proceed?

Property is already sold with the consent of all inheriters . Proceed with partition of the remaining property (s).
