Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my grandfather had a self acquired property wich he left undivided and without any will and passed away in1994 ,he has a daughter and a son in 1995 aftr their father's death the dauhter had filed a case against the son demanding half share in the property when i was a minor and my grandfather's son's son,in the case my father has agreed to give the entire property to his sister , his sister is in control of the property from 19 years . now i beingg the grandson i.e son's son , will i be able to claim half share in the property since i am a major?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your father has relinquished his right in the property in favour of your aunty, you cannot claim a share thereon without coaxing your aunty into parting with it.
