Dear Sir / Madam,
First and foremost, as long as your grandfather had the title of the 5 acres of land in his name, it is immaterial whether it was ancestral or self acquired. If your grandfather has left behind a Will of the land in the name of your Uncle as the sole beneficiary, and if your uncle has already probated the Will in his name, its all over. If not, and if your grandfather has passed away intestate (without a Will), his entire property vests in your grandmother if she is still alive. Rights / share of the son and daughters is only after demise of both grandparents.
Regards,
You may need to file a civil suit in local courts for determining your share.
