My grandfather died and we have asset's dispute with my grandfather and now my grandma's relations are trying to took our asset illegally for that what they doing is they gave wrong address in court for a case inorder to make my father to not to attend case and make it as a ex parte judgement can we criminal case for them for doing this so and they have filed the case mentioning that after my grandfather died all assets pattah(documents) should come in the name of my grandmother leaving my father and his brother in vain and to loot all assets already they looted many assets now we want all the assets what way we can do this to get 100% benefit

Dear Sir / Madam,
On the demise of your grandfather, if he has died intestate (without making a Will) his estate (comprising immoveable and moveable property) vests in your grandmother. If he has made a Will, only the beneficiaries named in the Will, are entitled to the title of the property vide a Probate from the Court.
