Dear Sir / Madam,
Either your grandfather has Willed his property to his successors, or he has died intestate. If he has left behind a Will, then the executor of the Will has to action the division (transfer of title) of your grandfather's property to the name of the beneficiaries as named in his Will.
If your grandfather has died intestate, each legal successor (sons and daughters) will each be entitled to a one-sixth share of his property.
Regards,
as per amendment in the succession laws, even the female heirs have an equal right.
