Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My grandfather (mother related)had a one son and one daughter. He is writing a will favour of son for Loan purpose only but my uncle is changed all property in his name. Now,my grandfather had died and my mother has not signed in no one document any legal action take in my mother.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Even though your grandfather has written his Will, your father can contest the Will at the time of your Uncle obtaining the Probate by the Court on your grandfather's Will. Without the Probate, your uncle cannot get the title to your grandfather's property transferred in his name.
