Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi, my grandfather had a property which he didn't write to anyone and passed away. My father has one younger brother and one elder brother, the last brother tuk some cash and let his part for the eldest brother to keep. My father didn't take anything and wrote his part for the eldest brother to keep. Now my father is not invited for for the eldest brother's daughter's marriage and hence feels insulted . Now he decides to take his part back. What are al the possible ways to take the property share. Can I put letigation on the property as it's my grandfather's property.

has your father relinquished the share in favour of his brother?? you can file a suit for partition but please consult a lawyer with all the documents .
